"A Walk to Beautiful" tells the story of five women in Ethiopia suffering from devastating childbirth injuries. Rejected by their husbands and ostracized by their communities, these women are left to spend the rest of their lives in loneliness and shame. We follow each of these women on their journey to a special hospital in Addis Ababa where they find solace for the first time...。每期选择中外8个左右选手，涵盖技能、体能、脑力等多个项目的极致挑战。节目在展示这些选手挑战各种不可能的任务和故事的同时，重点展现"挑战自我"和"认识自我"。共11期，前十期为晋级赛，最后一期为决赛盛典。。
